1. Who we are
This website, safaburjmall.com, is run by Safa Sky Builders Pvt Ltd, the developer of Safa Burj Mall (Safa Sky Builders), Multi Gardens, Sector B-17, Islamabad, Pakistan.
This policy explains what information the website collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and who can see it.
2. What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the website form: your name, phone number, email address, city, the option you choose under Interest, your message, the date and time it was received, and the page of the website you sent it from. Each enquiry is given a reference number.
If you reached the website from another website or from one of our ads, the enquiry also records the address of that website and any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as "utm" tags or a Google Ads click reference). While you browse, the website keeps this in your browser's session storage (not a cookie) until you close the tab, so that an enquiry sent from a later page still includes it.
To protect the form from misuse, our server turns your internet (IP) address and the phone number you enter into one-way codes and uses them only to limit repeated enquiries in a short period. Codes older than 10 minutes are no longer used and are removed the next time the form is used. The server also keeps a short record of each attempt to send the form (the date and time, the reference number, whether it was accepted, and a shortened one-way code of your IP address), without your name, phone number, email address or message.
When you browse the website, Google Analytics measures your visit (see Google Analytics below).
Some text styles are loaded from Google Fonts, whose servers receive your IP address when the page loads. The Contact page shows an embedded Google Map; when it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard technical logs of visits to the site, such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser used.
If you call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us using the links on the site, that conversation takes place on the phone, WhatsApp or email service you choose, under that service's own terms. The website does not see the contents. The same applies when you follow our links to Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.
We do not ask for and do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as CNIC numbers, bank details or passwords through this website. Please do not include your CNIC number, bank details or other sensitive information in your message.
3. Google Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through our Google Tag Manager, to measure visits: the pages you visit and how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, your approximate location (city or country), and how you arrived at the site (for example, from a Google search or an ad).
It also records when a WhatsApp or call button is clicked, and when an enquiry is sent through the form. For a sent enquiry, Google Analytics receives only the page it was sent from and the option chosen under Interest; if sending fails, only the page and the type of error. Your name, phone number, email address, city and message are never sent to Google Analytics. Google signals (Google's cross-device advertising features) is switched off.
Google Analytics uses cookies (see Cookies below). Google's own handling of this information is explained in Google's Privacy Policy. You can stop Google Analytics from collecting your visits with Google's browser add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
4. Enquiries from our ads on Facebook and Instagram
If you send us your details through a form on Facebook or Instagram, for example an enquiry form in one of our ads, the details you enter reach us from Meta and are handled in the same way as an enquiry sent through this website, as described in this policy.

5. Cookies
The website itself does not set its own cookies. The website also stores two small items in your browser that contain no personal information: one remembers that the opening animation has played, and one keeps your scroll position when you go back a page. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_… that distinguish visits and remember returning visitors; they last up to 2 years unless you delete them. Google Maps may set cookies on the Contact page when the map loads.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also stop Google Analytics from collecting your visits with Google's browser add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The website still works without these cookies.
6. Why we use your information
To reply to your enquiry, for example to share details of residences, commercial space, payment plans or site visits; to arrange a call or a visit that you asked for; to keep the form safe from spam and misuse; to see which websites and ads bring enquiries; and to understand how the website is used and improve it. We do not use your enquiry to send you marketing updates.
We do not sell your information.
7. Who can see your information
Our sales and customer support team, who receive and answer enquiries. Fairy Marketing, our official sales partner, which handles all sales enquiries.
Enquiries are also copied to a Google Sheet controlled by Safa Sky Builders, which our sales team uses to follow up.
The agency that maintains the website, which has technical access to the server and to analytics to keep them working and acts only on our instructions.
Service providers that run parts of the website for us: Hostinger (web hosting, and sending enquiry emails from the server); Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Fonts, Maps and Sheets, and our email inbox on Google Workspace). Authorities, if we are required by law to share information.
Some of these providers store data on servers outside Pakistan.
8. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up on your interest in Safa Burj Mall. We delete them sooner if you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep them. The copy in the Google Sheet is kept on the same basis as the copy on our server and in our email inbox.
The record of each attempt to send the form, and the spam log, are kept on the same basis.
Google Analytics data: 14 months, then deleted automatically by Google. Codes made from IP addresses and phone numbers to limit repeated enquiries: used for 10 minutes, then removed the next time the form is used. Hosting logs: available to us for 7 days.
If an enquiry leads to a purchase, your customer record is handled under your sale agreement, separately from website enquiries.
9. How we protect it
Enquiries are stored on our server in a location that cannot be opened from the internet. Only authorised people have access to them. Data sent through the website is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
10. Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. To make a request, email us at info@safaburjmall.com or call UAN Safa (project info and customer support) 0335 1055555 or UAN Fairy Marketing (prices, payment plans, site visits, booking) 0331 1111105. We will reply within 15 working days, and no later than 30 working days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
11. Children
This website is meant for adults looking to buy property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
12. Law
We handle personal information in line with the applicable laws of Pakistan.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change how we use personal information, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
